教學目標 Course Objectives：

This class will focus on developing academic writing skills. The emphasis of the course will be on using English to write expository essays, argumentative essays, compare and contrast essays and citations. Plagiarism, and how to avoid it, will be one of the topics covered in this class. It is expected that students will become competent and comfortable using English to communicate their ideas clearly and effectively in academic situations.
