【ESP】跨文化管理:產品商業策略 Intercultural Project Management – Business strategies for product launches
教學目標 Course Objectives:
This is a joint course co-taught with Landshut University in Germany.
This course aims to equip students with the skills to work globally, in multicultural teams, and enhance their intercultural awareness. Students will learn to apply the PESTEL model to a local market and to do a product pitch. Covering a broad spectrum of culture-related topics, the course will also develop students’ information gathering abilities and presentation skills through class discussions and project presentations.
At the end of the semester, students will
- be able to appreciate intercultural communication
- have raised their awareness of other national cultures than their own
- have applied the PESTEL model to analyze a local market
- have improved their presentation skills in an international setting
