教學目標 Course Objectives：

This course aims to equip university students with the linguistic tools essential for success in economics. In an increasingly interconnected global economy, proficiency in English is a vital skill for effectively communicating complex economic concepts, analyzing trends, and engaging in economic discussions. This course will empower students to navigate economics literature, deliver persuasive presentations, and participate confidently in debates surrounding economic theories and policies, all while improving language proficiency. Another theme of this class will include describing economic data through the use of bar charts, line graphs, and pie charts. Through a combination of interactive lessons, videos with real-world examples, and group discussions, students will enhance economic and linguistic competencies in preparation to thrive in today’s dynamic economic landscape.
