教學目標 Course Objectives：

This course aims to expand students’ academic vocabulary and enhance students’ academic listening, speaking, and critical thinking skills, equipping them to effectively understand lectures, participate in discussions, critically evaluate information, and help them prepare for public speaking.
At the end of the course, students will be able to

• expand core academic vocabulary size
• enhance academic listening and note-taking skills
• develop both top-down and bottom-up listening strategies
• acquire various discussion strategies; share and understand different opinions
• learn essential public speaking skills through oral presentation activities
