  1. 開放填寫預約表單:2026年4月10日 (五) 起至每諮詢日前三日截止,預約連結:https://reurl.cc/VNOOpQ,歡迎同學上網填寫表單預約。
  2. 諮詢對象:國立臺北大學在校生。
  3. 諮詢資料:學士班(碩博班)個人英文學術論文、擬諮詢之英文期刊論文,恕不接受課堂作業諮詢。
  4. 諮詢內容:期刊論述邏輯與組織、修辭用字、字句連貫、語意邏輯連貫、英文學術期刊論文閱讀解析、會議論文發表口說練習等諮詢。
  5. 諮詢方式:採一對一當面諮詢,諮詢時段每次50分鐘,每次1份文件。
  6. 為避免浪費資源,請勿重複給老師看同一份文件或段落。
  7. 因諮詢時間有限,老師將指導修改方向,不提供修改、翻譯、編修服務。
  8. 諮詢內容以三頁A4內為限,請自行控制字數,字型大小需大於12,請於上傳文件前,事先至自學教室(文3F02)使用 Grammarly進行文法檢查。
  9. 預約成功者本辦公室將寄Email通知,至晚於諮詢前一日可收到通知信,如未收到通知信,請盡快來信告知。
  10. 預約者成功者健診當日請提前 5 分鐘至語言中心 (文 3F08) 報到,遲到者恕不延長諮詢時間。無人預約的時段當日提供 walk-in(將依先後順序安排)。

Student English Academic Paper Consultation

  1. The booking system opens on April 10, 2026 (Fri) and closes three days before each consultation date. Appointment link: https://reurl.cc/VNOOpQ
  2. Eligible applicants: Current students of National Taipei University.
  3. Consultation Materials: Individual English academic papers written by undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral students, as well as English journal articles intended for consultation. Class assignments will not be accepted for consultation.
  4. Scope of consultation Content: Logic and organization of academic journal writing, rhetoric and word choice, sentence and semantic coherence, reading and analysis of English academic journal articles, and oral presentation practice for conference papers.
  5. The consultation is one-on-one. Each session lasts 50 minutes, and each session is limited to one document. 
  6. To avoid wasting resources, please do not submit the same document or paragraph for consultation.
  7. Due to limited consultation time, instructors will only provide guidance on revision strategies and will not offer editing, translation, or proofreading services.
  8. Please submit documents in Word format (.doc/.docx) to facilitate instructor feedback. If the document exceeds three pages, please clearly indicate the sections (within three pages) for consultation. The document is limited to 3 A4 pages. Please manage the word count and ensure the font size is larger than 12. Before uploading documents, students are encouraged to use Grammarly at the Multimedia Language Self-study Center (College of Humanities, Room 3F02) for grammar checking.
  9. A confirmation email will be sent to successful applicants. Notifications will be sent no later than one day before the consultation. If you do not receive the email, please contact us as soon as possible.
  10. Students with confirmed appointments must arrive 5 minutes early at the Language Center (College of Humanities, Room 3F08). Late arrivals will not be granted extended consultation time. If a time slot remains vacant, walk-in consultations will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
