教學目標 Course Objectives：

This task-based ESAP course aims to equip students with the academic English skills necessary to engage with qualitative research methods. Objectives include developing the ability to comprehend and critically analyse qualitative research papers, understand key concepts and terminology, and effectively communicate qualitative research designs and findings. The course focuses on improving academic writing, discussion and reading skills tailored to social science contexts. Students will learn to integrate qualitative methodology language into their academic work, enhancing both their linguistic competence and disciplinary knowledge for successful research communication. Students will be asked to work as part of a team, thus they will also be able to enhance their teamwork, communication, and cooperation skills.
